Curtis Stigers - Up close and personal
After the phenomenal success of his sold-out 5 night appearance as headliner to the Edinburgh Jazz and Blues Festival 2012, we are delighted to welcome world class jazz musician and vocalist Curtis Stigers back to Dirty Martini at Le Monde.
This time around you can look forward to a special 3 night unplugged performance accompanied by his very own guitarist James Scholfield. You might even hear some rare old material, and even a holiday song or three!

Did you know...
Blessed with one of the most distinctive voices in music, he has spent the last decade releasing several critically acclaimed albums on the Concord Jazz Label. He has toured the world with Elton John, Eric Clapton, The Allman Brothers, sang duets with Al Green, Jules Shear and even creator of Family Guy and American Dad – Seth MacFarlane, (as well as a short, un-credited cameo appearance as a pianist in McFarlane’s blockbuster comedy, Ted). In addition, he had a song on the soundtrack of the movie The Bodyguard starring Whitney Houston and if you’ve seen hit American show Sons of Anarchy, you’ll recognise the theme song is – you guessed it a Curtis Stigers song, “This Life.” If you missed all of that, then surely you’ve seen him appear on The Tonight Show, David Letterman or the Today Show?
